Shipping Policy
After product is finished, we ship via US Postal services. For additional cost, depending on weight, for larger orders, we will ship via UPS. Costs vary on weight and type of delivery requested.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return and Refund policy is only for damaged product or proven technical issues occurred on part of J & L Fashions. All custom orders require approval before production begin. Once the sample or written verbiage is approved and agreed upon, there will be no return or refund. Orders that are made in advance are as is and is specific to its description and does not qualify for return or refund. We guarantee our products and services and will accommodate, accordingly to any specific requests and concerns in customized products and services; however, the final decision is based solely on J & L Fashions discretion.
